The goal of JuniorFit is to educate young golfers on the importance of exercise and nutrition and empower them to take control of their personal fitness through seminars and personalized fitness routines that will not only prepare them for exceptional golf but also for exceptional life habits.

 

Welcome to Junior Fit.com

Thank you for your interest in JuniorFit.  JuniorFit was created to bring excitement and direction to your golf fitness.  You can use this website to learn more about how to be fit for golf, to sign into your personal workout, to read recent articles on golf fitness and respond to them, to shop for a new shirt or fitness item, or to ask Brian Knight any fitness questions you’ve been wondering about. 

Why JuniorFit?  There is no other organization in the world devoted entirely to junior golfers fitness needs.  Training with Greg Rose and Dave Phillips of TPI has allowed Brian to provide a genuine platform for juniors never offered before. We will offer innovative ideas that will stimulate your mind and transform your body.  Golf has changed over the years, the fittest golfers are topping the leaderboards and the rankings.  Everywhere you look you will hear professionals talking about how they stay fit to play golf for a lifetime.   There will always be exceptions, but the rule is fitness for golf success.  I hope you enjoy the website and I look forward to your comments and questions.
